Good central loction, but away from any noise. Good value for money, although the breakfast a little expensive for what it was compared to cafe's nearby.

We particularly liked Bertille on the front desk, but all the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned and tidied each day to a high standard. Located within the Intra Muros means that many restaurants and shops are within a stone's throw.
I suggest a coffee and tea making corner in the foyer where the free wifi is located. The present arrangement of charging for a cup from the machine in the breakfast room detracts from the otherwise friendly ambience of the hotel.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The classic room had comfy beds. The location near the port was wonderful. I loved the nice flowers in my room.

We picked this hotel as the location was suitable and it had a garage in which to park the motorbike which was important. The room was clean although the mattress on the bed was a little tired. Breakfast was a bit basic but adequate for our one night stay.
The receptionist was a little officious.

Conveniently located within the historic walled town. Friendly staff and reliable wifi on all floors. Paid parking is available nearby, but free during specific hours. Rooms are small but sufficient for an overnight stay. Comfortable bed and separate shower and toilet rooms.

The hotel was located in a central position within the old town, close to shops and restaurants but still in a quiet area. The staff were friendly, the room was comfortable but the decor and furnishings were very dated. We have stayed in much nicer places for the same rate and would recommend only staying here if better alternatives are not available.
The wi-fi is only available in public areas. Poor lighting in the rooms. Our bathroom was tiny and the shower was clogged, which meant you quickly ended up with 2 inches of water in the bottom of the shower and had to stop showering to let the water drain so that it didn't overflow into the room. They dont use mattress protectors on the beds and sometimes the sheets pull out while you're asleep and you end up sleeping on bare mattress. The hotel will keep your luggage for you but their system is not secure and virtually anyone could walk in off the street and take your bag. There is no lift in their second building where some rooms are located.

Good location.
It was overpriced - the decor, particularly in the bathroom needed updating. I would describe the bathroom as grotty. There are much nicer and cheaper hotels within the city walls.

The staff here were incredibly friendly and attentive from the moment we arrived until we left, and the classic room we stayed in was affordably priced and had a lovely view, providing all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.

The place offered great value for the price, with a beautiful view and it was well located for exploring a rocky island on foot.

Off road parking for motorcycles locked over night and near to shops and resturants and ferry port and pleasant staff
noisy plumbing but apart from that ok

The price of the hotel is good for its location, and the rooms are ok.
The breakfast is clearly too expensive.

Location
Garage facilities, I was on a motorcycle and had to park outside the city walls one night because someone in a very large 4x4 wanted to park in the garage and made a lot of fuss about it. Not the best place to park a bike outside, overnight when it should have been able to be park in a secure place. Then it got covered in birds poo. The room was very small for the price, dim lighting and did not look particulary clean due to the dim light and dull decor, tv was a waste of time positioned where it was. Breakfast was meagre. I would stay there again but I now know what to expect.
